The GREEN Atelier & Gallery hosted an Art Collecting Seminar with curator Jin-hyung Kim. Moving beyond the concept of simply spending, the seminar focused on 'how to see' art and make informed choices to bring meaningful artworks into one's personal space. The session provided practical guidance for novice and aspiring collectors, covering the foundational structure of the art market, identifying personal collecting styles, and how to select and enjoy art pieces. The talk was enriched by curator Jin-hyung Kim's extensive expertise, drawing from his experience as a curator for the Korean Pavilion at the Venice Biennale of Architecture, archivist at the Carolyn Campagna Contemporary Art Museum, and current director of the LA-based curatorial collective, Alt Project.
