G1.ART conducted an art psychological healing program with care workers from Caring Inc.. Over 10 weeks, Professor Jo Jeong-sin, an art psychotherapy expert, built deep emotional connections with ten care workers, helping them relieve the fatigue accumulated from caregiving through a variety of art activities. By reflecting on their inner selves and encouraging one another each week, the participants gained warm comfort and renewed energy in their weary daily lives.
G1.ART가 요양 방문 서비스 업체인 (주)케어링 소속 요양보호사님들과 함께 미술 심리 치유 프로그램을 진행했습니다. 미술 심리 치료 전문가 조정신 교수님께서 10주간 열 분의 요양보호사님들과 깊은 정서적 교감을 나누며 돌봄 현장에서 쌓인 피로를 다채로운 미술 활동으로 풀어냈습니다. 매주 스스로의 내면을 돌아보고 서로를 다독이는 과정을 거치며, 참가자들은 지친 일상 속 따뜻한 위로와 새로운 에너지를 얻었습니다.
